By signing and returning this Vendor Application, you are stating that you have read and understand this agreement. Entry to this festival constitutes an automatic waiver of any liability of damage, loss against the sponsors, and its employees or representative thereof from the Merryville Museum. The festival reserves the right to reject any inappropriate work or display and to ask any exhibitor to leave who fails to meet the overall standards of the festival. In the event of inclement weather, only the Merryville Museum reserves the right to cancel. Only then the vendor fees will be refunded. If a vendor is a “no- show”, leaves the festival early, or is asked to leave, no fees will be refunded.
