The Pioneer and Heritage Festival
March 30, 2024 – Downtown Merryville, LA

The Merryville Museum is excited to announce our upcoming 2024 Pioneer and Heritage Festival in downtown Merryville the weekend of March 30.

This year’s festivities will include local live entertainment, live Pioneer demonstrations, silent and live auctions, a wide variety of food and craft vendors, a parade, and numerous activities for children. This event is designed to entertain and educate visitors about the rich heritage of Merryville and Beauregard Parish, No Man’s Land, Sabine River, SW Louisiana, and SE Texas.

We are inviting you to sponsor this festival and our Christmas Around the Cabin celebration in December. Sponsorships can be in monetary form or items for our auctions, game prizes, and/or supplies. This FREE event is intended to alleviate the financial burden of all residents who wish to attend. As a result, we expect attendance to be high. Sponsorship provides a way for your business or organization to maximize visibility and community investment through traditional media, online media, and our festival audience. We have always been very fortunate to have many wonderful sponsors who help us continue these annual events. Gaining sponsorship to our events allows us to continue our efforts in preserving the history and community of Merryville and surrounding areas.

Included are sponsorship options, should you elect to participate. Any remaining funds after these events will be donated to the general fund for our other charitable events (unless otherwise specified by the donor) and for procurement of the museum.
