Christmas ‘Round the Cabin – Vendor Form

Greetings from the Merryville Historical Society & Museum!

We would like to invite you to participate as a vendor for our 2026 Christmas Around the Cabin! This event will take place in front of our museum and runs from 10 A.M. until 6 P.M. The festivities will include live entertainment, fun holiday activities, and a wide variety of food and craft vendors.

Below is a hefty but thorough list of vendor information.

  1. Application and full payment are due by December 9th.
  2. We encourage you to bring a wide variety of Louisiana famous festival foods. Please note that we do not offer product exclusivity, and multiple vendors may sell similar items or services throughout the event. We are unable to provide category protection or intervene in cases of overlapping inventory.
  3. Appearance and ambiance of your booth is CRITICAL to the overall atmosphere of the event and the audience’s perception of the event as a whole. We highly encourage imaginative booth designs, flags, banners, etc.
  4. All spaces must maintain cleanliness and provide a safe environment based on local safety guidelines.
  5. Spaces are reserved on the day and time payment is received. No space will be reserved without full payment. You will be allowed to occupy only your assigned space.
  6. All spaces are outdoors. Vendors are responsible for their own tents, displays, tables, chairs, etc.
  7. The museum offers electrical outlets for a fee. No generators are allowed on museum grounds due to the noise and fumes.
  8. When measuring your trailer, be sure to include the tongue in the total length. We can no longer accommodate trailers requiring drain connections.
  9. Vendors who are distributors for franchised companies (ie: Lularoe, Scentsy, Tupperware, etc.) will be accepted on a first come, first serve basis.
  10. Set up for food truck vendors will be Friday, December 11th. Vendors with tents may set up on Saturday, December 12th before 9AM.
  11. Each booth will be supplied with a tax packet. You are responsible for filing the necessary forms with the LA Department of Revenue and the Beauregard Parish Police Jury. Under state and parish laws, we are required to furnish a list of all vendors attending the festival.
  12. Absolutely NO pets (aside from service dogs) allowed anywhere on festival grounds.
  13. Local law enforcement will provide limited security. Neither they nor the Merryville Historical Society assume any liability for injury, damage, loss, or theft of an individual’s property.

Be a Vendor!
